Another Summer's Day

Well I guess we skipped summer here and we are ready to get the Christmas tree back out. UGH Winter has lasted 7 months now. Nope not kidding.....Okay so there were some weeks here and there that we had no snow on the ground but the first snow fall came about a week before Halloween. And we had about 2-3 weeks of 10 to 20 below zero.

Just wanted everyone to feel sorry for us. LOL

Oh, but there is SUNSHINE coming it's supposed to be up to 65 on Saturday and 70 on Sunday. Go figure... that's Wyoming weather for ya. It finally stopped snowing about an hour ago. YEAY!!! So I hope it melts completely between now and Saturday, we are supposed to be having Cole's #5 B-Day party at the park. LOL

This morning our "Lightning McQueen" got stuck as Sheridan was trying to get the girls to the highway to catch the bus. The snow is SO wet. Me and my father-in-law tried to push him through it but we were to week. LOL

So we had to take the Yukon which is only 2-wheel drive and we made it to the highway but too late for the bus so my dear mother-in-law picked them up on her way out to school, then I had to take Sheridan to work and when I got back home I told Cole he was staying home from school because I wasn't about to try and get out again and go off the road and get stuck.

Well that was our fun day playing in the snow. I can't wait for the sun to come out again. We're hanging in there!!! :)
