Well here you go. Here is my first Wedding Announcement photo shoot. With my fritzy camera, and no photo shop (only photo shop elements, UGH) and actually no real knowledge of what I'm doing. Thank you Jake and Shyla for trusting me and letting me take advantage of you. Your both so gorgeous and dashing.

So I realize I have a lot to learn about aperture and lighting among other things but it was fun to go out and begin something I've wanted to do for a very LONG time.

You did really good for your first time. I like them they are great. I want to start over and take some classes so I feel more confident in my pic taking.

I think those photos are gorgeous! It doesn't look to me like you need to learn anything, but maybe when you do, you can teach me!

You are like one of those people that tell everyone when they get up to give a sacrament talk that they are sorry for how bad it is before they even give it. You did a fabulous job! Everyone is always learning, so just because you are beginning does not mean you did not do really well.

I love them! I wish you were here to take our family picture! You always do such a great job with all the "extra" stuff you do! I'm still wanting to come and visit you guys in the spring, but I'll talk to you more about that after the snow melts!
