Gracie had her first piano recital. She did a wonderful job and is loving piano. She comes home and I don't have to remind her very often to practice. Madeline on the other hand forgets to practice and I forget to remind her but when her piano teacher comes she plays her song once with the book and then has it memorized and plays it for her with out the book. She is doing well also. She was not in the recital because she had just started a couple weeks before.

Gracie you did so good! Just wondering what books your using some of the songs sounded familiar to me.
Madie sounds like she has quiet the ear. Which I'm jelous because I lack that talent. I do have a few student that have a great ear for music also, which at times makes it hard to teach them to READ music. But they play beautifully.
Best luck to both of you in your future of music.
Way to go Gracie! I see a future primary pianist in you!
Good job Gracie! I need to get Makayla into piano or something... I can't believe how fast she's learned!
Keep it up Gracie and Maddie - you'll be so glad you did! Wish I had practiced more.
Oh I so wished I practiced more at the piano...i can play the hymns and that's about it! Keep them a practicing!
